- CEO Message on Integrity
- During periods that are known to be particularly vulnerable to corruption such as national holidays, we are delivering the CEO’s message on integrity internally and externally to reaffirm our commitment to ethical management and foster an ethical culture at the Ulsan Port.
- Integrity Work Contract by Executive Members
- We have put in practice an integrity work contract for executive members to motivate compliance to regulations on ethics and increase awareness on integrity.
- The Ethics and Integrity Golden Bell Challenge
- We are striving to increase the staff capacity on ethics by running an exciting quiz program in the format of a golden bell to enhance their understanding of the code of conduct and the anti-corruption law.
- Operation of a Week of Ethics and Integrity
- We are reinforcing the awareness of staff on ethics and integrity and promoting a communication-based ethical management through participatory activities including organizational culture improvement campaigns, ethics & integrity roulette events, and sharing of basic knowledge on ethics and integrity.
- Training of Ethics and Integrity by Life Cycle
- We are creating UPA to be clean and free of corruption by implementing a customized ethics and integrity training based on the audience and timing including new joiners, promoted staff, and staff performing duty that are exposed to corruption.
